This mat is absolutely AMAZING! Not going to lie, I was skeptical at first as I have had rugs before that claim to be super soft etc and they really wernt.. BUT this muscle mat is insane ! Feels like you're walking on a cloud.. and as you can see by the photo, my partner thinks it's a good place to fall asleep 😅 worth every single dollar 100%! Not to mention it's helped my little one learn to sit up on her own without worrying about her tumbling and hurting herself on the hard floor. And my crazy toddler who can be quite clumsy, no tears when he falls on the floor now 😁 Thankyou for designing such an incredible mat, I think I'm going to have to purchase smaller ones for all of our bedrooms !
Love the new muscle mat, however not as much as the cat. She will not move from this spot, she loves it. Perfect for yoga and so easy to vacuum.

It's definitely worth getting one if you have any kind of back trouble. It's super relieving. If you are a fan of firm massages/cupping etc you will love it. The only thing I would ever change is if they brought out one with extra long spikes as I love the feeling of them deep in my skin. A wonderful product.

We’ve had our Muscle Mat for about a month now & we love it. I work in retail & I’m on my feet all day and before having the Muscle Mat by the end of each day my feet would ache. Every night after work I stand bare footed on my Muscle Mat for 5 minutes and then the next morning I stand on it again for 5 minutes when I get out of bed each morning as part of my morning routine. I no longer suffer from aching feet. I sleep better each night, have increased flexibility and, most importantly, less muscle soreness.
We haven't even received our Muscle Mat and I am impressed already! There have been delays with postage. It is so hard for businesses to be predictable right now. I've only been using Muscle Mat for a couple of weeks, but it does seem to help with my back pain and is relieving to my sore, tired feet after being on them all day.

Have been experiencing neck, upper back and left shoulder and arm pain, tingling and at times numbness due to bulging discs in c4 to c6 and Osteophytes in c7. The Muscle Mat has helped reduce pain greatly. I use it daily. Sometimes twice daily. It did not take very long to get used to the bitey feel of the spikes. Now I look forward to that feeling. I love this mat, I use it at night on my bed while I read, and in the morning when I do my resistance exercises, that is of course if I can get my English staffy off of it so I can get on, she likes to lie on it but isn't too keen on walking on it. Really glad I purchased this product.
Being a FIFO worker and doing shift work with long hours the Muscle Mat has been a massive help in releasing tension in back/shoulders and neck as well as aiding in relaxation to get to sleep due to always moving to different room's/beds. Small enough to travel with but large enough to give a full back coverage.
I am a 38 year old mum of 3, spinal block with child 3 has lead to back issues for many years. The mat is just like the description. I lay on it after work and after getting up feel a nice relief. The pic i cropped although it's me using knee down where I can also rest my legs. I am so happy to have purchased it. As a fibromyalgia sufferer it brings me alot of relief especially after a long day at work.
