Shipping policy

We ship out Muscle Mat products daily (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) from South Granville, Sydney via Australia Post.

Delivery Times

Free Standard Postage - Australia Post guidelines expect delivery in 1-3 business days for metro and 2-10 business days for non metro areas.

Express Postage - Australia Post expects next day delivery for metro and 1-3 day delivery for non metro areas (remote areas excepted).

You will receive a tracking email once your order is sent.

All orders are shipped with signature required on delivery.  

Our handling time is usually one business day, except in peak sale times such as Black Friday and Christmas/Boxing Day sales.

We offer FREE postage with all orders!  

Check that the item(s) in your cart are correct. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
