1. The Promoter The promoter is Stark Investment Group PTY LTD 69640498746, trading as Muscle Mat.

2. Eligibility The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Muscle Mat and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period The promotion commences on 14/04/2026 and ends when order number 500,000 is placed on musclemat.com.au, or on 20/04/2026, whichever occurs first. If order 500,000 is not reached by [end date], the promotion will lapse and no prize will be awarded.

4. How to Enter No separate entry is required. Any eligible person who places an order on musclemat.com.au during the promotion period is automatically considered. The customer who places order number 500,000 will be the winner.

5. The Prize One prize of AUD $2,000, transferred via electronic bank transfer to the winner's nominated Australian bank account.

6. How to Claim The winner must email info@musclemat.com.au within 14 days of their order being placed to claim the prize. The email must include the winner's full name, order number and proof of identity confirming Australian residency. Failure to claim within 14 days will result in the prize being forfeited.

7. Winner Notification Muscle Mat will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via the email address provided at checkout. However, it is the winner's responsibility to email info@musclemat.com.au to claim the prize.

8. General Conditions

• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for goods or credit.
• Muscle Mat reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
• Muscle Mat reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age and residency.
• By claiming the prize, the winner consents to Muscle Mat using their first name and general location for promotional purposes including social media and email marketing, unless the winner objects in writing.
• Muscle Mat collects personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Muscle Mat's Privacy Policy.
