COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition commences on 9th of July 2022 at 1PM AEST.
Entries into the competition concludes on the of 12th of August 2022 at 11:59pm AEST.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
(i) Amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion including to close the competition within the Competition;

ENTRY CONDITIONS
To Enter you must:
Be an Australian resident.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
Provide accurate information. If the promoter believes that you have provided incorrect details to win a prize, the promoter reserves the right to cancel your entry and prize.

By entering in this competition, you give permission to Muscle Mat to use all content created by you for this competition on their website, social media, emails and any other marketing.
The video must be appropriate and must not include: any discrimination, defamation, nudity, swearing, trademark infringement, inappropriate language. Muscle Mat reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any, but not limited to, of the above reasons.
HOW TO ENTER
Entrants must post their video to Instagram (@muscle_mat) OR Facebook (@themusclemat) OR Tiktok (@musclemat) and use the hashtag #musclemat. The post must be on public.
The winner will be chosen based on the criteria, by Muscle Mat and will win a $750 Wish Gift Card. 2 runner ups will win Muscle Mat gift cards valued at $100 each.
Criteria: The videos will be judged on originality, humour and creativity.
The winner(s) must send a copy of their video to Muscle Mat.

LIMITATIONS ON ENTRIES
Maximum 5 entries (5 different videos) per person during the Competition Period.
DRAW DETAILS
Entrants will be notified by the 22nd August 2022.
PRIZE DETAILS
The best video will win $750 as a Wish Gift Card
Up to 2 runner ups will win Muscle Mat gift cards valued at $100.

TOTAL PRIZE VALUE
A maximum of $950.00 AUD and a minimum of $750.00 AUD dependant on the number of entrants.
PRIZE CLAIM AND DELIVERY
Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of being contacted by The Promoter. If the winner does not claim their prize by this time; they will forfeit their prize.
The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that are damaged or lost in the mail or not delivered to the winner due to external circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. No compensation or replacement prizes will be offered.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
There will be no unclaimed prize draw.
