By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All entries are subject to our privacy and terms of service policies.

Winner will be contacted via email and will have 48 hours to respond otherwise their forfeit their prize and it will be re-drawn.

We reserve the right to disqualify anyone or for any reason including but not limited to: scam orders, fraud orders, identity misrepresentation, harassment or intimidation.

Open to people 18+ residing in Australia, United States & New Zealand only.

Giveaway Period The Holiday giveaway (the “Promotion”) starts at 10:00 a.m. on 22/08/2025, and will end at 7:00 p.m. AEST on 30/09/2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and are determined by timekeeping devices of Muscle Mat.

Participation in the Promotion signifies that entrants have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to the Official Rules. They also acknowledge and accept that the Sponsor's decisions are conclusive and binding in every aspect. The awarding of any prize is conditional upon the entrant meeting all the criteria outlined in the Official Rules.

Eligibility Open only to entrants who are residents of Australia, United States & New Zealand for tax purposes, and are a minimum of 18 years old at time of entry. Muscle Mat family members, employees, affiliates, agencies, retailers and household members are ineligible to enter. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial and local laws and regulations.

Prize Details
The prize consists of a holiday package to Europe, which includes:

Return economy flights for two people from the winner’s nearest capital city with International Airport to Europe. Flights are a maximum of $1600 return per person for 2 people. Travel must occur from May - August 2026.
10 nights of accommodation at a 3-star or higher hotel or resort, chosen by Muscle Mat
A spending voucher of AUD 5000.00 for use during the trip.
The total prize value is up to AUD 12000 (dependent on travel dates and availability).
The winner must arrange their travel dates with Muscle Mat within 30 days from the date of being notified. Otherwise the prize is forfeited.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The winner is responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to meals, transport, activities, additional accommodation, and travel upgrades.
If the winner cannot travel in the specified time, they forfeit the prize.
If the winner cancels, or attempts to reschedule, they forfeit their prize.

Dates of Travel

Travel must occur from May - August 2026
School holidays and public holidays are excluded unless agreement is made between all parties.

Visa and Travel Requirements

Winner, and travel partner, is required to ensure legality of travel including all required Visas and travel permits. Failure to do so will result in prize forfeiture.

Winner, and travel partner, is required to ensure they are fit and medically cleared for travel.

Travel insurance is required at the cost of the winner.

Social Media Content

Winner must agree to taking photos on their trip and allowing Muscle Mat to use for social media and promotional purposes.

The winner’s details, including name and postcode will be shared on social media.

By entering, the winner consents to public announcements through social media, email marketing, and advertising once selected.

Validity of Entries

Australian, USA and NZ entrants may enter once. Winner will be required to show proof of entry. Any cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible to win. Entrants also consent to the use of their information including but not limited to their name and location in advertisements and marketing, with no compensation of this use required by Muscle Mat.

Any attempt to misuse, misrepresent or beat the system, or any non-genuine entry will be void and not valid. This includes but is not limited to entries placed by bots, scripts, stolen identity etc. The entry must be made by the entrant. If an entrant tries to secure more entries than allowed by using various email addresses, identities, registrations, or other means, such as group entries or sweepstakes, their entries will be nullified, and they will face disqualification.

Liability Disclaimer

Muscle Mat is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
The winner accepts the prize at their own risk and must adhere to all airline, hotel, and travel provider policies.
Winner must have their own travel insurance.

Entrant and Winner responsibilities Entrants must not be slanderous, not be offensive, obscene, use inappropriate language or post illegal content. They must not infringe on Muscle Mat's intellectual property. Muscle Mat reserves the right to disqualify any entrant at their discretion for reasons including but not limited to the aforementioned. Winner will be contacted via email and must respond within 48 hours of initial contact, or they forfeit their prize and it will be re-drawn. unless restricted by law, by taking part in the Promotion, a potential winner grants permission to the Sponsor to use their name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and the city and state of their residence for promotional activities in any form of media globally, forever and without end, without any need for additional notification, compensation, or consent to the potential winner.

Muscle Mat reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or breaching these Terms and Conditions.
Muscle Mat accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical failures or any other reason.

Prize One prize will be given to one entrant. Arrangements will be organised after contact with winner, and will be determined by Muscle Mat. Lost or stolen prize will not be replaced.

Force Majeure Should Muscle Mat be unable to fulfill any aspect of the Official Rules owing to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, wars, acts of terrorism, fires, riots, earthquakes, or decisions by government authorities, this will not be deemed as a violation of the Official Rules.

If circumstances outside Muscle Mat's control prevents the Promotion from running properly, Muscle Mat reserve the right to cancel, change, or pause the Promotion, or adjust prizes, as required by State or Territory laws.
