Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Stark Investment Group Pty Ltd (ABN 69 640 498 746) trading as Muscle Mat, of Level 1, 1925 Logan Road, Upper Mount Gravatt QLD 4122, Australia ("the Promoter"). This Promotion is a trade promotion conducted to promote the Promoter's goods.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 10:00am AEST on Thursday 13 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 16 August 2026 ("the Promotion Period"). For New Zealand customers, all times stated are Australian Eastern Standard Time.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over who place an order with Muscle Mat during the Promotion Period. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies or contractors associated with this Promotion are not eligible to win.
4. How to Enter
Every completed order placed on the Promoter's Australian or New Zealand online stores during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the Promotion. No code, minimum spend or additional step is required. Each order constitutes one entry. Customers may enter multiple times by placing multiple separate orders. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or subject to a chargeback before winners are selected are not eligible.
5. Winner Selection
Ten winners will be selected on each day of the Promotion Period (40 winners in total) across the Promoter's Australian and New Zealand stores combined. Winners for each day will be selected by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion from eligible orders placed on that day. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
Each winner will receive:
(a) a refund of the full amount paid for their winning order, processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of selection; and
(b) store credit equal to the full amount paid for their winning order, issued in the currency of the original order (AUD or NZD).
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, is redeemable on the Promoter's online stores only, is not transferable, and is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. The value of each prize depends on the value of the winning order.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email to the address provided on their order within 2 business days of selection. Prizes are processed automatically and no claim step is required.
8. Returns and Cancellations
If a winning order (or any part of it) is returned or refunded after the prize has been awarded, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or reduce the associated store credit by a corresponding amount. Nothing in these terms affects a customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, including rights in relation to faulty products.
9. General
(a) By placing an order during the Promotion Period, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
(b) The Promoter collects personal information (including name and email address) to conduct the Promotion and award prizes. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available on its website.
(c) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any order and to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
(d) If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to any applicable law.
(e) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this Promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand law.
(f) Winners are responsible for any tax implications arising from receipt of a prize.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. For entries placed on the New Zealand store, nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
