How To Care For Your Cloud Pad

Unpacking & Setup
When your Cloud Pad arrives, it will be vacuum-packed to make shipping easier. Once opened, the chair may look slightly compressed or out of shape. Don’t worry, this is completely normal!
Allow up to 48 hours for this to expand to its intended size and shape. During this time, it will gradually puff up and settle into its final, plush form.
Setting your CloudPad Up:
- Unpack & carefully open the vacuum-sealed bag (be gentle with scissors/knives). The foam will start expanding and keep expanding for a few days.
- Unzip the cover and insert the inner pad into it.
Keep the inner CloudPad laying on the floor and gently insert and slide the inner pad into the outer grey cover.
- Fluff It Up
Roll, shake, and massage the foam.
- Set & Enjoy
Jump in, sink down, and relax!
Washing the CloudPad:
Your Muscle Mat CloudPad is built for long-lasting comfort and easy upkeep. The cover can be removed and machine washed, so keeping it clean is simple and stress free.For light marks or spills, dab gently with a soft cloth, mild detergent, and water. Steer clear of strong cleaners to help maintain the fabric’s texture and colour. Please note: the inner liner and foam are not washable.To clean the cover:
- Unzip and remove the cover, turning it inside out.
- Wash on a warm, gentle cycle with a mild detergent.
- Air dry flat in the shade. Avoid dryers or direct heat to protect the fabric
Foam Filling Care
The internal foam is designed to keep its shape over time, so no regular fluffing is required. However, a little care goes a long way:

Do not remove or wash the foam pieces.

If needed, gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

Always allow the foam to air dry completely before putting it back in the cover.

Avoid soaking the foam or using harsh chemicals, as this may cause damage.
